Non-material damage: any pecuniary loss arising from the loss of the benefits of the exercise of a right, the enjoyment of a good or the services of a person; in particular, the loss of the movable or immovable pleasure, increased overheads, reduced production, the cessation of activities, loss of income, business or market share, and any other similar damage.
